About us

Solon is a charitable housing association set up in 1974 to provide good-quality, affordable rented housing.

We provide more than 1,100 homes, mainly in Bristol and South Gloucestershire. We work with local councils and other housing associations to build more homes.

Solon is regulated by the Tenant Services Authority, the independent regulator in England.

Our only office is located in the centre of Bristol near to the Cabot Circus shopping centre.
