Service Improvement

The Tenant Services Authority (TSA) is the independent regulator for affordable housing in England. The TSA works with social housing landlords and tenants to improve the standards of services for tenants and residents.

The TSA work with the Audit Commission to complete inspections of social housing landlords. Solon recently (July 2009) had a short notice inspection, the results of which you can read about in our service improvement pages.
