Our Vision Excellent homes and excellent housing services for all Our Mission Our purpose is to deliver excellent hosuing services, accessible to all and tailored to personal needs. We will provide homes that people want to live in. We will invest in the local communities where we work. We will do this in the following ways: Deliver excellent housing services We provide homes to people on the common housing register in the Bristol, South Gloucestershire and surrounding areas. We develop new homes in partnership with local councils and other housing associations. Some of these are for rent through Choice Based Lettings and some are for sale through shared ownership schemes. We aim to provide excellent customer care, have excellent customer satisfaction and excellent services on the whole. We work closely with our residents to contantly improve our services. Services accessible to all and tailored to personal needs We are committed to providing housing services that are fair and accessible to all residents. We take positive steps to reduce any effcets of unfair discrimination and disadvantage and ensure equality and diversity is central to all areas of our work. There is a real focus on ensuring that residents can access the services they need in the way that they need it. We will provide homes that people want to live in We involve our residents in a number of ways to ensure that our homes meet residents' standards. you can find out more under the My Home section. We will invest in the local communities where we work We value the diversity of the people in our local communities and take every opportunity to find new ways to engage with the communities in which we provide housing services. We work to promote respect and tolerance between all people. We also work in partnership with local agencies to provide supported housing to help people become independant in their local community.
