The Solon Housing Officers are your main point of contact for all non-maintenance related issues.

We operate a zero tolerance policy of abuse to staff, so please treat us with care and respect!

The team consists of the following members of staff.

Chris Gordon

Chris is responsible for the day to day management of homes in St Pauls, Montpelier, St Werburghs, Redland, Cotham, Clifton, Redcliffe, St Philips, St George, Lawrence Weston, Frome, Shepton Mallet and Melksham.

Chris is also responsible for managing our temporary accommodation in Easton.

Amanda McGlade

Amanda is responsible for the day to day management of homes in Easton, Eastville, Barton Hill, The Dings, Redfield, Stokes Croft and Whitehall.

As a Housing Officer, Amanda discusses benefit needs, providing debt advice, taking control of rent arrears and payments, dealing with antisocial behaviour and nuisance complaints and giving advice on the exchange of properties via Home Swapper.

John Macken

John is responsible for the day to day management of homes in Kingsdown, Horfield, St Andrews, Bedminster, Southville, Ashton, Windmill Hill, Hotwells, Totterdown, Brislington, Sea Mills, Bath, Stoke Park, Filton and Withywood.

John is also responsible for managing all shared ownership properties.
