Our current Annual Report has been written to demonstrate our performance against the Tenant Service Authority's new Standards.

We consulted residents on how they thought we were performing and included their comments in the report.

The year 2010-11 was a very busy one. We have launched our new residents handbook, and service standards and started monitoring them. We also commissioned an inspection to see how we are performing overall. The results of the service standard monitoring and the inspection are included in the report.
