Do you feel like you cannot cope? Don't know who to turn to? Have problems that you need to offload?
Avon Counselling and Psychotherapy Service
CRUSE Bereavement Counselling
Relate Relationship Counselling Service
The Tenancy Support Officer can provide access to a variety of counselling services.
A number of different therapies are available to assist those that have been victims of abuse, suffered a bereavement, are facing life-threatening health conditions, have been victims of crime, lost children or are experiencing problems in their relationships.
More general counselling is also available to people suffering from mental or physical health conditions, who are feeling depressed or as if they cannot manage everyday tasks.
We can put you in touch with services that are free or low-cost depending on your income. We can help you to approach your Doctor about free counselling if you do not feel confident enough to do it by yourself.
We can provide emotional support if you are feeling low.
For more information on Counselling Services or Emotional Support, please contact the Tenancy Support Officer on 0117 9167769.
