Solon's development department consists of three members of staff; a Development Director, a Senior Project Manager and a Development Administrator. Solon has a development programme that provides approximately 50 new housing units per year. Working closely with our contractors, (Leadbitter, E G Carter, Pearce and ROK), Solon successfully develop both energy efficient and affordable homes  including both New Build and Refurbished Properties.

Our recent developments have meant we have also been able to offer Shared Ownership properties through the Home Buy Scheme.

Working in Partnership
Solon plays an active role with local and strategic partnerships, teaming up with South Gloucestershire and Bristol City Council as well as larger organisations such as the Sovereign Development Consortium to enhance the quantity and the quality of the homes that we are able to develop.
