Housing Services
The
Customer Services Departmentis the name given to the department
that provides all the housing related services to residents and
applicants. There are three team within this department who provide the
services;
Housing
Services
deal with the letting of empty homes, tenancy advice, rent collection
and help with Housing Benefit, and dealing with antisocial behaviour.
Housing Officers will also be able to offer assistance if residents get
into difficulties paying their rent.
Asset Management
covers the repair, maintenance and improvement of our homes. This
includes the servicing of gas appliances and fire alarms.
Supported Housing
covers the direct management of our Hostel at Rackfield House and
several other supported housing projects where we provide the building
but the residential support is provided by a managing agent. We also
have a Tenancy Support Officer who can provide support and assistance
with things like debt or household management for residents who require
some extra help.
